Manual Lymph Drainage

Manual Lymph Drainage

Manual lymph drainage is a technique developed for the treatment of swollen lymph node problem. First performed in Paris in 1936, this technique is very important for lymph health.

MLD, also known as skin stretching massage, allows the lymphatic fluid to come out of the swollen limb. Manual lymph drainage focuses on the lymph vessels to influence the flow of lymphatic fluid. Before the treatment, a professional application is made to the unaffected areas and the outflow of the fluid from the affected area is facilitated. In this way, the blockage in the area is also removed. The remaining lymphatic collectors are opened and proteins and fluids are transported there.
